Summrex Visibility Plan

The Summrex client dashboard

One place for a business to see how its website is doing: its visits, its searches and its Summrex Score, in plain words, updated every day.

What it shows

  • Visitors

How many people visit, how they arrived, where they are, what they read and what they do on the site, from Google Analytics.

  • Search

How often the site appears in Google and Bing search, how often people click, for which searches and pages, and which pages are in Google's index, from Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.

  • Page speed

Core Web Vitals for phones and computers from the Chrome UX Report, once a site has enough visitors to measure.

  • The Summrex Score

The monthly Summrex audit's score and its trend, and whether AI assistants name or cite the business in their answers.

  • Summrex insights

Plain notes on changes worth a look, such as a page dropping out of Google's index or a city sending more visitors than usual.

  • Downloads

Every table downloads as a spreadsheet file, and the monthly report as a PDF.

How it connects, read only

Summrex never asks for a Google password. A business either adds Summrex's service account as a viewer of its Google Analytics property and its Search Console site, or clicks Connect Google and allows two read-only permissions: "See and download your Google Analytics data" and "View Search Console data for your verified sites". Summrex cannot change anything in Google Analytics or Search Console, and a business can disconnect at any time, from the dashboard or from its Google Account.

Who can see it

Each business sees only its own numbers. Its staff sign in with their own logins, with two-step sign-in available, and Summrex staff look at the numbers only to support the business. When the plan ends, access ends after the final billed month and the copied numbers are deleted 30 days later.

Google user data

Summrex's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. What the dashboard reads, where it is kept and when it is deleted is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Data from Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Summrex is not affiliated with Google or Microsoft.

Getting access

The dashboard is part of the Summrex Visibility Plan. Each client receives a sign-in by email when its dashboard is ready.
